Meet JAKE. All wood knife throwing target. Jake is a edge grain wood target that helps you fine tune your skills. You can use both sides of Jake, doubling its useful life.
Jake is made from Douglas Fir. Jake's eyes, nose and heart are drawn on the target with a magic marker making it easy for you to touch them up as needed. We have even marked his arms on the front of the target. We use professional
high quality water resistant glue. The only metal in the entire piece is the eye bolt on the top. That's right this is a 100% nail-less target.
Jake has two target areas, the head is about 7" x 6" and wonderful black hair about 7" long that you can easily trim back to your liking. The body area is 17" tall and 10" wide. The total height is 23" and largest width is 10". Each target measurements will vary slightly.
We leave the board 100% natural to make it easy for you to draw on your own targets like eyes, nose, mouth and heart. Both sides of this target can be used.
To hang Jake just drive a nail into a tree and you are ready to go. Jake will also stand on his own or can be leaned against something. One guy we know ties a rope on the eye bolt, hangs it from a tree and lets it swing back and forth as he tries to "hit the moving target". While Jake can handle some light rain we suggest you do not leave him in the rain.
