About this blank:
This is a set of 3 (three) assorted eclectic segmented cut turning blanks. Each set is unique and different but all are quality blanks that will produce awesome projects. You can easily cut these blanks in half and end up with 6 - 2 1/2" long blanks.
These blanks are made with select hardwoods, Black Walnut, Cherry, Purpleheart, Mahogany, Maple, Peruvian, Padauk, Yellowheart, Oak, Hickory and Jatoba, all hand selected. These are segmented / laminated blanks. We carefully glued all layers together with the highest food safe glue.
The blanks measure 2 1/4" x 2 1/4" and are 5 3/8" high. Dimensions are slightly under actual size. We do this so you know what you are getting for a useful turning area once you round off the blank.
Thanagan square blanks are great for Bottle Stoppers, Bud Vases, Tops, Candle Stick Holders and all sorts of other projects.
