Hardwood Cutting Board - 11 3/4" x 8 1/2" x 7/8" - A Great Small Board

This cutting board would look great in any kitchen. It is made up of 9 layers of quality hand selected hardwoods. This is a face grain board. The outer layer is Yellowheart, then Peruvian Walnut followed by Padauk then Jatoba and the center is Purpleheart.

The board is 8 1/2" wide, just under 12" long and 7/8" thick.

100% FDA approved water proof glue is used to make this board and it is finished with multiple coats of Thanagan Wood Conditioner, 100% nut free and organic.

These boards are designed and made by a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and he understands that every Chef needs a good quality and durable cutting board.

This board is great to use not only as a cutting board but also makes a great cheese, bread or sushi board. It looks really nice on a buffet table.

It is easy to care for, just wash it with some mild soap, dry it after and every couple of months rub it with some mineral oil and it will stay looking great for years. Please don't put in a dishwasher.
