Hardwood Cutting Board - 9" x 7 1/4" x 1 1/2" - A great sized sandwich board.
A great affordable cutting board for any kitchen. It is
made up of 6 layers of purpleheart separated by maple stripes, all quality hand selected hardwoods. This is a edge grain board. The woods used are Maple and purpleheart.
The board is about 7 1/4" deep, about 9" long and a real nice 1 1/2" thick, making it durable and very stable.
This
cutting board also features our "No Slip" rubber legs. This keeps your
board up off your counter, about 3/4" and permits easy cleaning under
it and air circulation around the board. The legs also makes it easy to pickup and move so it can also be easily used on your dining room table as a serving board.
100% FDA approved water proof
glue is used to make this board and it is finished with multiple coats
of Thanagan Wood Conditioner, 100% nut free and organic.
These boards are
designed and made by a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and
he understands that every Chef needs a good quality and durable cutting
board.
This board is great to use not only as a cutting board
but also makes a great cheese, bread or sushi board. It looks really
nice on a buffet table.
It is easy to care for, just wash it with
some mild soap, dry it after and every couple of months rub it with
some mineral oil and it will stay looking great for years. Please don't
put in a dishwasher.
