This blank will produce a really nice colorful bowl.
This bowl blank is made with select hardwoods, Padauk & Yellowheart, all hand selected. This is a checkerboard style segmented blank. We carefully glued all layers together with the highest grade FDA approved and food safe glue.
This blank is made up of 21 boards, three layers, seven pieces each. All cut, glued, planed, glued again and cut in a circle.
The blank measures 6" across and is 3" high. Dimensions are slightly under actual size. We do this so you know what you are getting for a useful turning area once you round off the blank.
To save you time and wear on your tools we have cut this blank into a Circle. So it is ready to go.
