Frosty is a fully functional lure. Fish Frosty like you would any popper style lure. It casts well due to the addition of a tail weight and really creates top water commotion because of his big hat. The white body, glitter on the hat and 3-D eyes for ear muffs really attracts fish. But, it also looks great as a holiday ornament, just watch out for the hooks.
