We think our baby rattle blanks are awesome and they do produce some really sharp looking heirloom baby rattles.
Your finished rattle will be about 5 3/8" long and 1 1/2" across. In most of the rattles we use stainless steel BBs. Be sure to finish your rattle with food grade finish, like salad bowl finish. Remember they are made to be used and cherished.
For those of you that offer items for resale we have seen folks sell these rattles at upwards of $20 to $25 each. They seem to move fast when under $20
Some people enjoy writing the baby's name or birth date on the handle portion of the rattle before finishing.
